1 The Spanish State has three sites inscribed on the GIAHS (Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Systems, of FAO): the Agricultural System of Valle Salado de Añana, Malaga Raisin Production System in La Axarquía and the Agricultural System Ancient Olives Trees Territorio Sénia.
2 Argan, practices and know-how concerning the argan tree was inscribed in 2014 on the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity (UNESCO).
